Surveillance cameras alone are not enough. But along with neighborhood organizing, good police work, neighbors looking out for neighbors, community renewal projects, home repair for seniors, and love and outreach for our youth, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! I've seen it. We've done it already in other parts of the ward. And help is on the way to College Hill.
